How long before my order will ship?

  • CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Custom orders / special requests may take longer.


How do I request personalization on my item? 

  • All of our items are made to order and can be personalized just for you!  We can change names, add dates, etc to make your frame extra special.
  • When viewing your shopping cart, just below your selected items you will see an "add a note to your order" link. Click on it and simply include your request in those notes. 

Can I hang my item? Can it stand alone on a shelf or table? 

  • All items come with a keyhole hook on the back, which allows for the sign to be hung with a beautiful, flat hang.
  • 8x10, 8x12, 8x8, 6x6 and 6x12 frames and signs also come with a peg stand to stand alone on a table, shelf, nightstand, etc.

What process do you use to create your products? 

  • Each of our frames and signs is handmade, so no two will be exactly alike. They may have slight differences, which we feel simply adds to their charm!
  • Our frames are digitally designed by one of our designers and then printed with a professional printer and applied to a sturdy MDF frame. Each is then hand finished with our unique swirled texture and sanded for the prefect finish.
  • Printing is permanent. No vinyl is applied and images will not peel or rub off. 

What shipping details should I be aware of? 

  • We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most packages take 2- 3 days to arrive once they are shipped, though this is dependent on the carrier.
  • Once a package has been shipped, delivery is dependent on the carrier, however, if your shipment seems to be excessively delayed, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help locate it.
  • Dandelion Wishes is not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned as un-deliverable, customer is responsible to pay for re-shipment. Custom items may not be refunded. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

  • Each of our items is handcrafted upon receipt of the order and is a custom creation, made just for you. We generally begin work on each order soon after it's received. Custom changes to an item may be changed only if work on the item has not been started. 
  • Custom orders are orders that have any changes other than what is shown in the listing. Due to the customized nature of these items, no returns or exchanges are accepted. 
  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted on general (non-customized) items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for return/exchange instructions. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping and shipping charges on the new item. 
  • Though we pack and ship each item with care, occasionally items are damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, or we happen to send you the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue for you!
